Aftermarket Sending Units for Stock Oil and Temp Guages

Anybody make sending units that are compatible with stock guages and allow them to read acurately? I've searched and can't find anything in archives, although I did find a modification to linerize the temp guage. Thanks.

Check out this site, they sell everything you need to hook up an aftermarket and stock oil sending unit. http://www.pegasusautoracing.com/home.asp

You better appreciate it too b/c I had to search for quite some time to find it, lol

There's nothing wrong with the stock water temp sender - it's the gauge itself that's the problem. The linearization hack fixes that, but you should still really have a good aftermarket temp gauge.

To my knowledge there isn't an easily available aftermarket oil pressure sender that will work. But, the stock Mazda one is about $80 and will work for many years -

IMHO just get a new sender and be done with it.

That's what I needed to know. Didn't know that the oil sender went bad over time (and miles). I just figured that it was always inacurate . I'll order a replacement from Ray.
