hey guys wondering which aftermarket gauges glow same as stock reddish color. as in boost gauge or whatever. please let me know...i have autometer and it doesnt go with stock lighting at all...thanks

The VDO Vision Series Gauges with orange bulb covers look very much like stock.

Why does your tach go to 8krpm before it redlines, glass_man? I thought the earlier years had a higher redline than the later years...and mines a '93 with 7.5k rpm redline. :/

 

What color are they in the day?

 

my 94 redlines the same at 8k, I like the defi gauges the best...

 

The Defi D gauges are available in white and black backrounds.



However, IMHO, i'd go with the new Defi BF gauges with the amber/red backlight.



And you can also get them with a white backlight.

He has a '94 so his gauges look a bit different than yours. Just another little difference between '93s and '94+ cars.

Heres a shot of my defi D-gauge in the day and at night....

 

wan you gotta do something about that third hole...The 93 redline is still at 8. The 7.5 is just a pre redline warning thing. I have the spi boost gauge and it looks the same as the stock stuff during night and day

 

I have Stewart-Warner gauges with the amber bulb "condoms." Looks very close to stock.

I have that same Clarion deck as well as Defi-D gauges just to all match the interior, looks sooo clean. I'll see if I can post a pic.

 

i had the defi df series before they got stolen..and man they looks sweet! almost match the interior perfect..but they got stolen and my car got fucked up..so insurance is gonna buy me a whole new set!mm defi...
