Aftermarket Gauge Help Needed

My current project is to replace all of my stock gauges with aftermarket ones, see http://www.geocities.com/dgarvich/RX...h-current.html for more information on it.

I need information regarding my tach and my speedometer. I could also use any information from you electrical experts out there on my other three gauges. Here's my questions:

1. Where is the best place on the stock FD ignition to wire my tach receiving wire to? On the second gen cars, I believe Mazda provided some sort of 4 cylinder output from the ignition for this specific purpose. Is this the case on the third generation cars, and if not, where do I wire the tach to?

2. Where is the best place to wire my speedometer. There are two wires that go to the stock gauge cluster that claim to be speedometer wires. But the readings are different. I'm going to call AutoMeter tomorrow but I need to know what kind of output these wires is giving in order to *not* kill my expensive speedometer.

3. My oil pressure gauges is reading 100PSI at idle. Surely these cars don't have that much pressure at idle, correct? Does anyone know the range the stock sender outputs so that I can add a resistor of some sort to offset what my gauge is expecting?

4. My water temperature gauge reads about 50 degrees too high, anyone know what range the stock sender gives?

thanks a million in advance!

Don't you use the aftermarket water temp. sender?
