After tune-up problem

Just completed spark plug and wire change to new NGK's also changed oil and filter and fuel filter. After completing the idle fluctuated (real low at first and would die at idle) for awhile then stabilized but the car car just doesn't accelerate properly after tune-up. boost is normal at 10 and sounds normal but the car doesn't seem to accelerate under boost. rechecked all plugs and wires for correct installation. Anybody had similar issues or ideas?

Make sure the intercooler pipes are on tight and the throttle body elbow is on tight. You probably have a boost leak.
