AEM Wideband bad? or secondaries starting to go?

Ok I've been driving my car for a couple months now . and everything has been great .. except starting a couple days ago my car is going lean...

Ok so at first at WOT my car would stick its nose into the 10 a/f and stay there

I'd been leaning it out gradually infact

that was at 12 psi .

now starting the other day I did a wot pull and I saw my wideband go into the 13's I let go immidiately .. wondering HUH??? did I lean it out to much . so I went and I richened everything up * USING POWER FC * and did another pull and same thing happened . I richened it up even more .. to where it was at 100% injector duty vs the 90 % it used to be . and still leaning after 6k rpms on WOT pulls

Now could the month and a half I was running at 90% injector duty have killed my injectors?? and them not working at fill capacity now ?

or could my AEM wideband suddenly start going wrong ... its only 2 months old ..

at idle the idle is the same as its always been and it richens up when I go wot , until it goes past 10 PSI then ti starts leaning out . so ..

I'm confused as to what could be causing this . anyone wanna throw an idea my way?

How much fuel is in your gas tank? It could be the fuel tank sloshing. It can happen in a straight line pull.
