Adjusting Tokicos on FD

New to the whole adjustable suspension thing. My FD came with Tokico Illuminas and I can't for the life of me figure out how to adjust the damn things.

Anyone mind lending a hand?

Do I need a wrench to loosed the nut and then adjust the setting with the screwdriver?

Just use a small flat head screw driver. On the very top is a little screw with an arrow head on it. Turn it to the number you want to set it to. 1 is softest 5 is hardest. If the red cap with the numbers are missing or it is not on the right direction it will be hard to tell what setting you are on. The flat side of the cap should match the flat side of the bolt.

use 5 front and 3 rear. I think that gives the most balanced setting. anything about 3 in rear, gives a lot of oversteer when pushed.
