Adding extra water capacity

I have a upgraded rad allready, but I could add a additional cooler were the AST line comes out of the thermostat housing (mines bypassed) wouldnt this help the motor run cooler because of increased water capacity. Just wondering if anyone has done this allready and if its really worth it.

what are your temps running at now? If you have an upgraded radiator and your cooling system is working properly (good pressure, no leaks, fans working), your car should be running cool enough.

My car is running cool and within 180F-200F range but with more water capacity, I am thinking if I can lower overall operating temps sum even if by only 5F-10F.It might be worth it for better reliability in the long run.

I think that the minimun operating temp isn't too far under 180, if any. IIRC

I completely agree. Juliof, it sounds like your car is running right where it should be. Don't fix it if it ain't broke.
