Exclamation Act Xact Flywheel

Has anyone had any experience with the ACT XACT flywheel for rx-7s or heard anything about them. They have two versions, 9.9lb prolite, and the 13.9lb streetlite. The price seems very good, since after a quick search I found the 9lb one for $254 which is much less than the other ones I have seen. I searched the forum but no one seems to have posted about it yet. What do you guys think. I may buy one soon since the price is good.

Sorry that price is "without" the $156 counterweight needed on a RX7. StreetLight is $269 & ProLight is $299 (sugested retail expected release next month). They are Chrome Molly steel and will need to be resurfaced with each new clutch. Pricing and weight comes close ($25) to Racing Beat when you include the flywheel but the RB has a replaceable friction surface ($100 I think).

Is the counterweight needed for this flywheel the same 4spd auto counterweight used on other aftermarket flywheels, or an additional ACT brand piece that needs to be purchased seperately?

The ACT flywheels have not been released yet. You do have to purchase the counterweight when buying that flywheel. I have a shipment coming in and will offer it as a package price and it will be cheaper than the other flywheels we offer.
