ACT S/S Install...

Well I finally put my clutch in that Ive had layin around for about a month now, The also got my flywheel resurfaced and the clutch works great its amazing. It grabs right on the floor, its like a whole different car. Anyways besides that I figure this was almost one of the most PIA jobs ever, Even tho I now know how its done I would almost consider paying someone to do it next time! Probably not but what a major pain in the ***!

I just did the same job a couple months ago, I agree that it is a big pain in the ***. Mine was especially bad because that ring that clips over the throwout bearing was bad. It didnt hand on tight enough to hold the throuwout and pressure plate together. Finally figured out that was the problem after dropping the tranny for the 3rd or 4th time.
