ACT Race Clutch 93-95 RX-7 Retail Price $575.00 Now:$435.00
ACT Race Clutch for 93-95 RX-7 ZX3-HDR6 INFO: Upgraded 6 Puck Disk. Torque Capacity = 514 Pressure Increase = 40% Not Recommended for Street Use

how bad is the 6 puck on the street? if its not so bad, what the heck? for $16 why not?
i think the street strip isn't in the least hard on the street, but i've never driven anything with a tougher clutch than that.
btw, i don't expect my car to get over 350rwhp so i probably don't need the 6 puck but it can't hurt right?

It all depends on what your planning to do with your car.. if you say 350HP and that's it.. a street/stip should be fine, I have the street/strip and it drives like stock but on a very hard launch you can smell the clutch... I've heard 6 puck isn't too bad and will just have a little getting used to...

I agree..I just installed the ACT street strip with a lightened flywheel and am running 330 to 350 to the wheels.. It is awesome. If you don't have a short shifter get one you will love it too!! Garret.........
