ACT 4 puck or Spec stage 3 (4 puck)

Which is better? Im about to throw my freshly rebuilt transmission in and I need a new clutch. By the summer I'll be going single(goal is somewhere in the mid to low 400hp range for now). Id like to get a clutch that I know I wont destroy when I put down some decent #s.

The ACT 4 puck is unsprung = Not fun to drive on the street, but great at the track.
The Spec 4 puck is a sprung hub which makes it a lot easier to drive both on the street and at the track.
