Access to Antenna Assembly

Hi Everyone:

I'm starting work on fixing all of the little things that need to be fixed on the car. Currently I'm working on fixing the antenna (When you turn on the head unit, you hear this grinding sound from the antenna). I removed that cap that covers the antenna mast and it looks like the plastic strap connected to the antenna broke...so I basically have to take out the assembly. I began removing the stuff from the trunk, but I cant seem to get the Bose wave system thing off. So my question is how to I remove the Bose wave system so I can remove the right plastic trim to gain access to the antenna assembly?

I took mine out a long while back so I don't remember the details but if I remember correctly, there are metal clips that you have to undo and you have to lift up the carpet to get at all of the screws and finally you have to unplug the wire that connects to the bose tube. After that you should be able to figure out how to take the trunk plastic panels off. The key is to get that carpet up. Sorry I can't be more help, but the car's at home and I'm in school. Good luck.
