ABS warning light on
ABS warning light on
Over the weekend I left my parking lights on, which drained my old already failing battery. I tried to have a couple people jump the car, tried push starting it, and finally realized that my main fuse (120A) had blown. Luckily there was an advance auto parts nearby so I picked up a 100A fuse, put it in and was able to jumpstart the car and drive it home.
The only problem is that the ABS warning light is on all the time now. My first question is could any of the push starting or jumpstarting have caused an ABS error condition?
Second, how do I get the thing turned off? I found a couple posts about grounding the TBS in the diagnosis box, then hitting the breaks ten times or something. The problem is that my car doesn't even have a TBS terminal. Is that just the 94's that have the ABS diagnosis?
In case anybody was at the Washington DC, Mazda Rev It Up, I was the dumbass in the black fd at the end of the parking lot.

I found the diagnosis port and have used it when changing the fuel filter. The problem is that the directions I found on reading the ABS error codes and then clearing them specifies shorting TBS to ground. On my diagnosis lid none of the terminals are labeled TBS.
Should I not worry about the ABS codes and just reset the entire ECU?

that could be because you have a 94. the 93 does not have a way to check the ABS. i know this cause i have been on this road for sometime now. MUST FIX LIGHT
