Question ? about tail light lens removal

I need to know how to remove the tail light covers. Im thinking of doing the aluminum spray paint thing (you know the circles)...

What do I heat up? Wheres the 8 little screws?
Section8---I dont remember the thread, but some one on this forum has alot of pics. All you do is spray paint the inside of your lenses, well all but the circles. Will some one please post some pics
