Check to see if both front calipers are moving the same amount when you apply the brakes. One way is to lift the front, have a buddy gently press the brakes until one of the tires just stops. Now go see if the other tire still spins. Reverse this to check the other wheel. Anyway, unless you have a broken suspension part, which would typically manifest under other driving conditions, a stuck piston in one of your calipers (remember there are four per side on the fronts!) may be the problem. That's my thinking anyway...

perhaps you have a warped rotor. how is your tire wear? do you have the same size/type of tires all around?
