? abought stock bov

My stock bov when car is at idle has constant air comming out and not just a little but still realeses alot more air after boosting, is this normal or is the bov stuck open a little.

The BOV will relieve air at idle. It should close as the vacuum transitions into boost. It should then vent again when the throttle plates close.

If aren't haven't a boost problem, then its working fine. If you are having a boost problem, what exactly is the problem?

While driving I will boost half throttle or so and every once in a while there will be a funny winding sound frome turbo side of car(note turbos have 150k on them) and loss of power and the bov does not realease any air, I hade tried mashing it after this occured and sometimes it will boost and sound pretty sometimes it will do the same thing.
