The sizes Rich listed are correct. I am running 245/40s instead of 235/45s in the front.
Consider the following:
US overall diameter
Front: 24.86
Rear: 24.86
Type RS
Front: 25.33
Rear: 25.03
CCarlisi spec (aka 245/40 fronts)
Front: 24.72
Rear: 25.03
Type RS & CCarlisi compared to US spec
Type RS: +.47
CCarlisi: -.14
I'm not sure why Mazda went with a 235s on the front considering they are much larger than the original fd tire setup and the 255 Type-RS rear tires.

None. I'm using Koni yellows with Eibach Pro-kit springs. From memory I believe the perch setting and springs together drop the ride height by just under 1 inch.

I'm asking because in Europe we have this damn homologation issues with every change you make to the car. And since I have stock sized rubber (stock for 99spec, but I hope that counts also for previous models) there shouldn't be a problem.
Only problem is that rear rim is 9x17 and not 8.5x17.
