Where is the best place to purchase a 99 spec front bumper with turn signals, fog lights, rebar and front spoiler? Any words of advice regarding the install? Thanks.

SR motor sports has the 99spec bumper(oe urethane ) for I believe about 675 dollars. You don't really need the rebar as you can cut the stock one down just inside the light opening and it will do the job of holding the bumper up. It also should bolt directly to your old bracketry off your stock 93 style bumper with little modification(aftermarket fiberglass usually doesn't come predrilled or anything so this is an extra step) You can get a set of the bumper lights from Makoto Auto Trends for about 195 bucks and choose from 3 different lense types(clear, chrome, black) and they do look awesome(I have a set) The fog lights I would assume can also be purchased from SR also but you may consider a simple set of PIAA lights to fit your liking(as I am sure they would be less expensive). The OE bumper would be my choice as for the ease of changing over and use of factory hardware to install. I just got my car in the shop for install of an aftermarket Fiberglass bumper and it will need extensive(and expensive) fitment considerations since it isn't predrilled and not a factory piece. Keep that in mind.
