'99 spec turn lamp adapter

Is this the piece that connects to the bulbs and into the harness? Does anyone have a picture?

Yes, connects 99 combo lights to 93 harness

cut the old harness connectors off bro and solder the end of the wire on to the connectors on the back of the new lights. I don't think it matters which wire goes where
