I remember browsing through a site and saw a 99' spec replica bumper w/o the front license plate. I dont remember if it was fb or poley though and yes i did a search on the forum already. So link me please!

As far as fitment, I'm not sure why people really ask that... I'm sure it fits fine, or at least nothing that a decent body shop can't take care of...

 

is the lip on the last pic a 93-95 front lip or is that a '99 front lip or hell is it all the same?

 

Yea, that's jus the '99 Spec Lower Lip, not included with the Pettit Front (lights are not included either).
