'99 spec quick question

I just want to know how many inches the front lip of the bumper is off the ground with front lip and without (on stock suspension)

this is important because I want to match sideskirts that will match the height of the bumper. I think the front lip looks strange because the front of the car appears much lower than the sides.

Thanks

The height of the lip off the group will probably vary from car to car, even if they are still on the stock suspension. Different factors like age of the shocks, sagging, and replaced shocks and/or springs all play roles on the height of the car, in turn effecting the height of the lip.

So there probably will be different answers from everyone.

Atleast, IMO.
