ON 99 spec lights wiring question

Hi Im going to put a new bumper on my fd3s that can fit the 99 spec lights. My car is 93, I see many places selling the 99 spec lights but do not come with wiring, is it a difficult job to do the wiring myself? Is there any conversion needed?
thanks for any help.

I actually plan to just keep the amber turn signal in the 99 spec lights and eliminate the white lamp. Is that an easy wiring to do?

You could just cut the plug off your old lights (Leaving a bit of wire to solder to) & solder it onto your new lights, in that way you will not need to purchase a harness like I posted above. Regarding eliminating the sidelights....(Is that even legal?) You could just not put a bulb in?
