99' Spec Engine, Turbo, Tranny on 93' FD?

is this possible.

I would love to install the new 99' Spec Turbo's but would like to know if i am able to install these things into a 93' FD??

Same goes for the engine and tranny.

Also, these wouldnt cause my car to fail emissions would it?

thanks

you would need a 99 spec ecu also, and complete wiring harness as the wiring for a 99 spec is quite different, I don't think just getting 99 spec turbos on their own would be worth it. The turbos on 99 spec are actually smaller then say a 93 spec. What makes them better than a 93 spec turbo is the seals, the exhaust on 99 spec is less restrictive i.e less back pressure, and the ecu is mapped different, including higher boost pressure. Basically what I'm saying is that if you get the 99 spec turbos to make it worth while at all you need to get the engine, ecu and wiring harness too.
