99 spec combo light?

Has anyone ever fabricate the stock bumper to fit a 99 spec combo lights? I like the look of those 99 spec lights but do not want to buy an aftermarket bumper that does not fit as good as the stock bumper...

what's wrong with the 99 bumper? it fits just right, and if you wanna do it right, buy the rebar so you won't have to modify anything

I think it'll be pretty ghetto to modify the stock 93 -98 style to fit

There was a picture posted a few years back showing the exact modificaition you are asking about. It was a very clean mod, and I'm sure it took some time. Try a search, maybe its in the archives...

Um, the 99 spec front bumper *is* OEM and fits perfectly. Someone has done what you are talking about:
