99 spec cigarette lighter - green ring!
Hey guys -
I just purchased a JDM 99 spec instrument cluster, and it came with the whole instrument cluster surround plastics.
Turns out the amber ring around the cigarette lighter hole is green, not amber. Makes sense as the gauges are lit up green instead of amber.
If you're looking to go super 99 spec, there's another tidbit for you

Doing some research, it looks like the 02-06 Mazda MPV has the same socket with the green ring. Not TOTALLY sure, but from pics it looks good. Good part is it's cheap, the whole assembly (green ring, removable lighter, metal body) is about $22.
Part number is m021-66-250a.
