My body shop is installing the 99 spec bumper after the repaint.

He just called me stating that he needed the bar to mount it to the car.

When I purchased the bumper through a group buy it was suppose to be included.

When I looked at the 99spec bumper that I recieved I see the "reinforcement bar" that looks to be made of fiberglass that has the holes to mount the turn signals.

So I think I got the "reinforcement bar" that everyone is talking about.

Then, what part is left to mount the bumper onto the car?

 

its the bumper mounting brakets.... if you have your old bumper, take it to the body shop. they will drill out the rivited mounting brakets, and can reuse the parts.
