99 spec bumper

Is the Rebar neccesary for the conversion to the 99 spec bumper? How much of a PITA is it to do the conversion, I have some ideas forming in my mind but i need to know exactly what i need. I know the Bumper skin/lights part. Is there any rewiring to be done for the lights?

Yes, the combo lights use different connectors. You can get the FEED harness for like $35. You can use your stock rebar if you want, but you have to hack it. I just went with a 99 one.

If you have a decent Dremmel tool you can cut the stock one to make the lights fit.
