99 Jspec Air bag

My 99 Jspec is missing its drivers Air bag. Does anyone know if I can use a 93 US Spec replacement. Are they all the same ?

I know you can use one from like a protege 5 or a 99+ miata

that correct.. I've made a post a year ago comparing all the steering wheels.

99+ Miata will drop straight into any 99+ rx7 wheels.

What do you mean by 'straight in'? No splicing of wires for horn or airbag and no notching a groove in the rack? (Couldn't find your old post.)
