just make sure you don't boost over (10 psi ) and you will be ok. I would upgrade the I/C to a larger stock mount or front mount if you upgrade the radiator. and don't run a mid-pipe. keep a highflow cat or stock cat on until you upgrade to a PFC or pettit ECU. the 99 spec twins will spool a little faster so keeping the boost at 10 psi is going to be hard . you will need some kind of boost controller.

thanks i was alittle worried about that. all im putting on the car is a downpipe. im keeping the stock main cat and i have an upgraded radiator. i really dont want to get a pfc since im not going to do any serious upgrading. im taking off my exhaust and putting a stock exhaust back on.
i run non- seq 99-spec twins with ported WG on a stock ( catless) downpipe, high flow mid pipe and cat back, front mount IC and stock ECU. I hav a manual boost controller set to 10psi.
they do spool quicker but as long as yer boost is set to 10psi u are sweet

thanks spekdah, i havent ported the wastegate but im thinking about doing that before i install the twins. i know it would help with boost creep . but im definitely going to get a boost controller and set it at 10 psi. im wondering if the wategate isnt ported wont i experience some boost creep and that might be some trouble. thanks
You will not experience boost creep unless you have a straight-open (full) exhaust -- that means downpipe, midpipe, and cat-back. If you plan on modding the car down the line, then porting the wastegate now would be a good idea. If not, then don't worry about it.
