What is it made of? Plastic or fiber glass? Thanks,

The originals are urethane. The knock-offs are fiberglass.

where can you get the 99 bumpers at? Anyone know where you can buy the 99 wheels?

Check with Jason at the rx7store. The banner is at the top left of every page. He carries the bumper. The actually bumper cover is urethane, the lower R1-type lip is a harder plastic.
