95us and JSPEC UIM differences (help ID part)

How is the JSPEC or non EGR UIM different from a US 93 federal UIM?

On my US 93 UIM, there are 2 parts that I would identifiy as a BAC, this is on the bottom (underside) of the manifold. One I know to be the actual BAC, presumably the one close to the TB, what is the second part, is this something to do with EGR?

If not please let me know what it is what it does or where to find it in the FSM..

Thanks.....

EGR is only on the lower intake manifold. The extra bits on the US UIM are for the AWS system, the accelerated warm up. JDM cars didn't have that system at all.
