I'm not sure if you can get the carpet new, but if so it's VERY expensive.
Good black carpets also command a price premium, since people want to swap tan carpet out for black.

If the carpet is still available, it will be about $800+ from Malloy Mazda. Several people have had good upholstery/carpet shops make very nice custom carpeting for about the same amount (or less!).
