93 ecu in 94

i know that this has been discussed but since we can not search for words/letter combos under 3 i am forced to post. i want to know if two non CA ecus are interchangeable. one is from a 93 touring, manual, non CA and the other is a 94 touring, manual, non CA. let me know what problems might come of this.
