93 bumper to 99spec questions

Iv had my 99 spec sitting for a couple months after I bought it but now ready to install it.

How do i get the side studs/middle metal piece over to the new 99 spec?

You have to drill the rivet heads out and then pop rivet them onto the new bumper. You tube has many examples
