93 brake pedal stop pad.

My cruise quit working last night. I noticed the plunger or pad for the brake switch is gone. I tried looking for one with no luck. Called Ray Crowe, he said mazda has no part number for the fd, so he can't order it. Ray said the FC part wont work, he also said there is a nissan part that works. Ray did not know the number though. I have looked off and on all afternoon as time has permitted, but I can't find anything. Do any of you guys or gals know the nissan part number or a link to order one? Thanks in advance

Grey.

First off, go to the hardware store and get a stick-on pack of rubber chair feet. Should only be a few bucks. Stick it on and go. I've used those for YEARS.

Thanks Dale.

J9fd3s no he didn't say. The part number is in the link Dale provided though. Nissan 46584-S0100.

I'm missing how it leaves you stranded. Only thing i can come up with is runs battery down....i'm guessing there. Well i guess thats it, i was overthinking it. I was able to drive mine is what got me wondering. Luckily i had it on a battery charger, if thats the case. I took it to the shop for some racing beat springs and some shocks along with pillow ***** I called them and gave them the part number. I know i can do that simple job but ill let them do it while its there. Thanks again for the help

That's the correct PN for the stopper. I just purchased it myself .

From what I've researched, besides the clutch pedal switch, there in another similar switch further up tied into the cruise control and to the starter relay signal. It acts like a theft safety thing as it goes into a CPU right there in the footwell via a blue plug. You can find info on here as well. Some just jump the terminal permanently - simple job.

I got these from ebay, same part number as mentioned above

Whether they are actually OEM or not I cant say as they were lacking the package but it seems to work just fine
