ID 87 rx7 with 13brew swap boost issues

I am pretty new here. I have an 87 rx7 with a 13brew swapped in it. I have a local shop working on wiring the car up and we got it running. The car is currently not running any boost. The upgrades i have include a fmic, i am running two needle valves as manual boost controllersu, dual hks blow off valves, and a 4inch downpipe. The blow off valves I think may be causing an issue with the boost. I have one blow off valve vacuum line hooked into the charge relief vacuum line and the other blow off valve is hooked in the air bypass vacuum line. One of the blow off valves is hooked in downstream from the throttle body elbow while the other is hooked in off the y-pipe elbow. Im wondering if this setup is wrong and it is causing a major boost leak. The turbos have no shaft play and the impellars spin freely. We also disconnected the wastegates to see if that would help and it didn't change anything. I also have attached a video to show my setup. I was able to get a little bit of a pop off noise when I pressed the throttle fly but nothing when I push the gas pedal inside the vehicle. 87 rx7 13brew swap - YouTube
