I thought that I would put this up for reference for people searching on the matter. My brother's FD is running 850cc in both his primary and secondary rails, and I am currently working on installing 850cc's into my primaries as well. His rail was modified by Rotary Performance, but I was too cheap to pay to have them modify mine, so I'm just doing it myself and using his as reference. They told me all that needs to be done is shave 1/8" off the top of the primary injector holder and they'll work perfect, which they have been for about 8,000 miles on my brother's car. If you do this, there's no need for additional O-rings or anything else. I was able to pull his pimary rail out in about 30mins since his car is non-sequential, but mine being sequential took much longer. I know there have been other posts on the matter, but I thought I would put up some pictures for reference. Hope it helps somebody out eventually.

I'd go with Marvelspeed with that. They have very good prices.

seems to be working now.

This is a side view. You can see they shaved it down 1/8" inch compared to the stock. Rotary Perfomance shaved one on left and stock on right.

Top view of the shaved area. Again, RP shaved one on left, and stock on right. You can tell it's shaved down as more material is showing on the surface of the RP one.

I'm not selling anything here.....I thought I'd just post some pictures so if people go to do the same modification to their car, they'll have some sort of pictures for reference.
