I was looking at replacing my amber PIAA bulbs on my fog lights with these 100w puppies but will they blow the fuse, get the wires too hot, burn out in a few months? ...anybody?

Judging by the color temperature, I don't think those bulbs will be that bright. Remember the higher the color temperature, the more blue the light will be. Thus providing blue light. Our eyes are not adapted to see blue. In consequent, the light given off will not provide very good lighting as whiter bulbs.-- Well, you can ask Skunks, his brother ran 120w(?) Mtecs for over a year when he had his FD and didn't have a problem. Good luck.
