The 7BEAST has a fuel leak

I am sure someone is going to point my right to a thread addressing my issue or going to answer it quickly...i've looked and am not finding a quick answer. I know a "quick answer"...that never happens.

I have fuel bubbling up out of the tank. It's coming out around the top where the pump assembly is. We've pulled the pumps and inspected them and the wiring...Everything seems to be in good working order.

I've removed the gas cap and let the car idle to see if it was a pressure issue and the same thing happened.

The only work done to the car "having to do with the fuel system" was i had an electronic greddy fuel pressure gauge installed by a shop that will remain nameless last year...i've only driven the car maybe 10 miles since the gauge was installed. i know 10 miles in a year...trying to keep the miles under 53K

Thanks in advance for your "quick answers."

Bill

That's interesting....

could you post a video so we could see what's happening? I'm pretty sure from what you've described I have a picture of what you're saying but a video would help a lot.

check/replace the rubber gasket that seals the pump hanger to the fuel tank.

There was a TSB on 93 FDs with a fuel line leak. I learned the hard way. FWIW.
