hell, triangulated is always a good thing. the only problem is the fact that he doesnt explain what kind of material is used. if its trash metal then it is worthless. . . because it is ugly as hell! maybe if it was ovular (is that right) like the cusco bars or the d-shape or something. it is a start as it is the first i have seen on a 3rd gen. id like to see something a little more "fitting" for an FD, though.

BTW it is also in the parts for sale forum

that design should work very well as long as the material used it up to snuff. if you're looking into designs like this just be aware of the 3 point design... the 3rd point us usually centered on the firewall and if you stop to think about it... the center of the firewall is weak. the one on ebay there is a 4 point design which helps spread the load across the firewall.

Not only that it is not truly triangulated! the rear bars and the firewall make a quadrilateral not a triangle

Who cares about looks? Just paint it black or something, it's the functionality that counts. I do have a concern about it clearing the Greddy intake elbow/pipe.

At a dampened connection to the front lift eye and you have a torque brace to boot.

Jeeze people, it is a suspension tower brace, it's not like you are dressing up your engine compartment in order to get a date.

People on here do... They're all about the "bling-bling"(having their **** shiny). Me personally I could care less as long as it's functional.

Sigh, the disco mentality meets motor head. I'm glad most of them can't afford a Ferrari, I'd have to puke if I saw such odd vanity on one.

I can see it now, naked lady silhouette mud flaps on a F40.
