the pressure regulator operates at around 35.6-37 psi. The fuel pump output pressure is 71.1- 106.7 psi Hope this helps. These are the stats out of the service manual. Others may know more details

The fuel pump pressures that BigIsland gave to you are the raw numbers and DO NOT include the pressure losses of the system.

If you need the pump to be able to run at 75 psi, including system losses, the stock FD pump will probably not be adequate for you.

You think system loses will drop 106psi below 75psi?

I'd go with the twin turbo supra fuel pump.... looks identical to the rx7 unit but flow a lot more.
