Hi, I would like to know why 3rd gen engines need to be rebuilt at about 60k. I have a second gen and my engine has around 80k and I have no problem.

I want to know too, if there was blue r2 in 1994.

how long the engine lasts depends on maintenance. also turbo charged engines have more strain on them so they don't last as long as N/A. there was no blue FD's only Montego Blue Mica in 93-95 which is a sort of color change blue and green but a 94 R2 only came in silver,black,red no MBM.
