Hopefully we can get this figured out, sounds like we're havin the same problem.
I actually ordered a grounding kit as well, it got here a couple days ago...just haven't had the time to install it.

Edit: When it happens to you, do you also hear a rapid series of pops? Like 5 or so in the span of a second or two

No, i don't here any pops. I can just feel the car hessitate for about .5 seconds then it starts pulling again.. this is extremely annoying..

Btw the grounding straps helped somewhat smooth out my idle. but the hessitation in the upper rpm range was still there. HKS twin power should be here sometime next week. ill cross my fingers that it fixed the problem.

Hmm... if you dont hear any pops, then HKS may not solve the problem.

I think you are experiencing completely another problem. Fuel pressure gauge would be a good idea.

You are hearing backfiring (excessive fuel fumes igniting in the exhaust)

Seems different from normal backfiring ing though. There are about 10 pops in 1 - 2 seconds, and while it is occusing I get the same problem as the creator of this thread in that the car seems to stop accelerating even at WOT...
