would anyone be interested in purchasing a cosmo three rotor front clip?

Nobody wants to pay that much for a front clip, you don't use half the stuff anyways. The only thing you really need that is mounted on the front clip itself is the coils, I think.. Beside Atkins rotary had a front clip for like 5k.
