3 rota 93 fd

hello new to site so thought i would say hi and ask a few things im new to rotary and loving every min all bar my 13b seals going on me recently

after having a go in a cosmo 20b 3 rota i was told you could put the engine from 1 in to my fd instead of me reconing my 13b i asked on a website in the u.k and they said you where the people to ask.

so how hard is it or should i say would it be for some 1 to put 1 of these engines in to an fd what work would need to be done and could you do it at home?

thank you for any help and really nice site by the way hope to post some more and learn about the rotary world>

There is an entire subsection of the rx7club dedicated to 20B engine swaps in various RX-7s, including the FD. It is NOT a simple swap like in the Honda or Nissan world. You'll need a lot of custom-fabricated components.

Check out the link Scotty posted. I'm closing this thread instead of moving, so you don't have to put on your flame suit...
