Neither... Fuel filter is new... I'm almost at the point to being too rich... we're trying to come up with some other reason that its killing itself. My engine blew just after being turned on and pulling out of the drive way
This sucks

we'll the 2nd time it was due to 2 much boost that was making to much hp for pump gas which detonated and killed the engine... but this time though its kindof odd

I'd switch over to a Haltech - they run singles better and it adjusts itself with the amount of boost you run. Unless you have datalogit and a fyno for the PFC I wouldn't recommend it for a single. Check your timing maps up high (6500 rpms) - should read 40-41 up that high but PFCs come with maps reading 61 at 6500 and higher - enough timing advancement to detonate! Sounds strange.

ryker,
from the little we talked it seems like it could be that something is happening in one rotor and not happening right in the other. IE something not firing right or the injector is clogged. the difference in a/f ratio would be easily detected using even a wide band O2 sensor b/c its after these two exhaust ports combine into one pipe and therefore one reading. im not sure if you can do it on your manifold but you might want to look into welding an EGT gauge into each exhaust port and/or getting the injectors cleaned and flow tested to start.

Yes the engine was properly broken in! 1500 miles below 3k and after that no rev's above 5k. I was only on 8lbs of boost... that shouldn't cause any problems... I seems to be a consensus that it may be my primaries (550cc's). I am thinking about trying to get them out before it gets to the shop but... my car is sick and it is sitting in a Apartment complex.... and they don't like it when I pull off my manifold and work on my stuff here... dunno why .
