3 electrical problems, related?

3 electrical problems, related?
1. Horn doesn't work
2. Back up lights don't work
3. Drivers side window switches don't work
I checked the main fuse block under the dash and they seemed to be okay, any suggestions? Are these things related by some relay or anything?
