2nd turbo not working- any suggestions?

I have a VR 93 FD. I just found out via my turbo boost gauge that my second turbo is not kicking in after the first one engages. I know that the pattern should be close to 10-8-10 but it's like 10-8-4. everything is stock except dp, aluminum ast. I'm checking the vacuum lines but are there any other possibilities? I appreciate all the help. Thanks. Em

Take off your intake stuff and go ahead and change out all the vacuum hoses you can going to the CRV, BOV, CCV... I had a bov hose that was leaking and a crack in another hose... after I changed em... bam - she worked as it should. about 3ft of vacuum hose to bust those out and you can eliminate one of the problems. *use zip ties

Has any work been done to your car recently or did the 10-8-4 boost pattern just suddenly happened?
