2mm seals 3mm?

i've heard alot of people talk about these but i don't really know what they are. My question is what do they do? Which one is better? And always how much $$$$?

BTW Forcefed7 gets 620HP out of 2mm seals.

2mm IMO is the better of the 2. Try hurley 2 piece racing seals (2mm). I have heard really good things about them.
