2 turbo not coming on after block off plate install PIC

2 turbo not coming on after block off plate install PIC
what happens to the line in the picture after the block off plate is there?
i have a pic but cant get it sown to size to upload it.


it the vacline off the air control valve next to the turbo control solenoid...

i thout it was the AWS it bolts on the lower manifold above the fuel system.

Which one are you talking about? Is it either one of these?

why not take off the block off plate and see what happens? that or post a pic of wtf you are talking about
